I have an announcement.. meet my food baby! This is my belly (very bloated) after eating A LOT. Mix this with a combination of stress, lack of sleep, almost that time of month, food intolerances, and BAM – we have bloat.
Perfection DOESN’T exist, which is easy to forget when we spend so much of our time on social media seeing everyone’s perfect pictures with the best lighting, angles, etc!! I bloat and don’t walk around with abs 24/7. I post bertha videos all of the time on my IG stories, but I just wanted to remind you that it’s normal for your body to fluctuate – we don’t always look the same throughout the day!
So, to my ladies out there who bloat, DON’T BE ASHAMED!! LOVE YOUR BODY IN ALL ITS FORMS!! You are beautiful and you shouldn’t be too hard on yourself. Let me know if you want me to share some debloating tips!
